I have Met Eubank Sr and you of course are entitled to your opinion. I maybe should apologise for calling him the C Word but I take nothing else back. I am not impressed by a former fighter touting his untested son as the best fighter in the world in one breath and then dismissing a British, Commonwealth and European champion in another. I am similarly unmoved to attribute even a modicum of class to a self aggrandising dandy who has not the slightest understanding of British tailoring or what a classy gentlemen is made of. Wearing a monocle is both desperate and sad. Choosing then to top an affectation like this, with a ludicrous pair of jodhpurs, that look ridiculous even on the most shapely of horsewomen, is not only stupid, it is to even a crusty Tatler reading aristocrat, offensive. It makes my eyes hurt. He is like one huge walking fashion failure who then misses the mark completely by driving around in an American monstrosity clearly unsuitable for British roads. This is the country that gave us Bentleys, Daimlers, Jaguars, MG's,Caterhams.Locus,Mcclarens and the Rolls Royce. If he wants to be seen as having class maybe he should use his silly trousers and ride a horse. He then, not content with being out psyched by a clearly limited, but tough fighter in Steve Collins, tries to stoke up a rivalry between his own and the Irish fella's son. He was a good fighter but never the best of the British middleweights and I will have to wait for the mighty Plymouth Argyle to get back up into the championship before I get to go and visit Millwall FC. Contrary to your presumptions, one is quite capable of having tribal prejudices and being a boxing fan. So put that in your snuff box and sniff it.
