This story is starting to resurface again and i for one believe what many others do in that Jill Dando was "Bumped Off" because she was about to expose some very important people not just at the BBC but in government too.

No One has ever been convicted for this and come on for such a High Profile "Murder" case in this day and age ballistics/DNA etc would have had this sewn up by now if it was just a Murder case.

It all adds up if you ask me.

Nothing would surprise me, and it would not be the first time the secret services had bumped
someone off,! imagine she was killed to shut her up, by theses people remember what happen
with Cyril Smith the detective was told who wad looking into the allegations, it is not in
the best interest of the Country to investigate Mr Smith, flies taken locked away, and guess
what LOST, best interest that a CUNT like him could carry on abusing little boys.
There is a lot of dark secrets in the BBC and Government, that people in high places want kept
hidden, you can only hid this shit away for so long before it becomes public.

Fuck me of course it happens
history is littered with people being bumped off by UK secret services, not saying they are the ones who did it but the BBC is a seriously powerful orginisation!

I agree about the Jill Dando murder and wasn't Cliff Richard the last person to talk to her on the phone? I'm sure I've read that somewhere.

I see Cliff gave a interview to the police, as they say time will tell, I feel it had been poorly dealt
with the press and media, no facts should be public knowledge till or if he has any charges to
answer to. I don't believe in trail by media, remember they have to prove his guilt, everybody
has a right to a fair trial weather we like it or not.!

I agree, Dia. If it cannot be backed up then they have practically destroyed his name. When you call someone a pervert, you should make sure there is enough to back it up. That's why the monarchy is such an easy target. They are filthy. To be fair to Cliff Richard, there appear to be some question marks about him, but nowhere near as many question marks around those in government and the monarchy. In some ways it is a bit pathetic to be rounding up dead DJ's, ancient artists, and zombie singers when there appears to be a lot more concrete evidence surrounding the elite. There are dead bodies being uncovered in Royal residences for goodness sake. If a body was found under your home, see what will happen! I doubt they find any bodies in/under Cliff's house.

A good few years back I had jury service the case was, a stepfather abusing his daughters,
you are shocked when you first here the case, but you have to have a open mind and listen
to the evidence, some people were upset to be on the case, and it was not a nice experience
    for anybody involved.

I did jury service a couple of months back. Doorman accused of raping a girl in the bogs of a club he was working at. No way could anyone have found him guilty, not unless you were obligated but it didnt stop some people still thinking he was a rapist who got away with it. You're supposed to remain impartial but it's human nature to judge people quickly.

I was the jury Forman at the beginning of the case, the Judge tell you that any doubt you
have with the evidence, you must find a not guilty verdict.
After 3 day's we the jury were 10 not guilty and 2 others thinking that he did it, I had to point
out that if they had any doubt about the evidence, you can not give a guilty verdict, and thinking
is doubt, they did not like it but they agreed the evidence the crown gave to us raised doubts.
The judge points out to the jury , it is the crowns job to prove guilt, not for the plaintive to prove
    his innocence.
This was a eye opening experience, for all on the jury 2 went away not happy, but doubt is doubt
and thinking is not something you can not hang some one for.

That sounds very familiar. We had 2 undecided and 1 guilty, the guy who thought the accused was guilty thought he was the bollocks, he didnt really get how you reach a verdict. When it comes down to it all feeling is taken out of it by the route to verdict, a simple set of questions, if at any point during the set of questions you have doubt thats game over, you dont have to like it but thast the way it is.
