I agree. The worst part of it is he cant deny half that because he committed those offenses of public forum. Lawyers usually pull up every petty offense they can find knowing they wont get a conviction on all of them. But if you do them on HBO, Twitter, you tube, etc.. where half the world has seen, reposted, recorded it, its kind of hard to deny or twist into your favor. Every lawsuit against floyd has been like a deadfall. Using his own weight (mouth) to kill him.
