For sure she was antagonizing him, I believe she started the physical with a slap to his face outside the elevator. Wasn't a hard slap by any means but when someone slaps you in the face and walks away nonchalantly, it's going to fire you up.

When you're with a girl for long enough, you get to know how she deals with things (fights, pressure, not getting her way, stress, ect). There are women who will antagonize you and get off on conflict and pushing your buttons until you see red, and I think it's a responsibility to cut someone like that off. In this age of "anti-victim blaming" nobody wants to talk about the antagonist or what role the victim might have played in their assault. People (regardless of gender/race/whatever) need to keep their hands off of each other.
