    Its understand mechanics of movement. Think walking the 1st upright thing we do after standing, where is the foot position when we move forward, as regards drive. Also your walking gait is your natural balance,singles coming from your centre of gravity Hip area. Which is controlled by the Head. Then you will understand better movement, its worth a try..

    me likes your biomechanics of a punch nothing fancy just simple movement for fast and accurate punching. but could a short fighter benefit from this. like mike tyson?
