Well if you have to be at work at 11:30 it is probably not advisable.

For adults it is thought between 6 and 8 hours sleep is the way to go.

For kids I found a routine is best.

Depends, some days i sleep at 9 pm, and other nights around 2 am, but always getting up at 6,30 am!
Would still never say no to a night out with friends!
