Dude! I know, I know, I know! Floyd opened his mouth when he would have been better off saying nothing, now Lampley has done the same thing while showing courage (probably knowing he would take some heat for his past mistake).
Floyd was trying to give advice to the NFL about being too hard on Rice, and Lampley was talking about Floyd and his problems outside the ring.
Floyd wound up giving an apology for his remarks. I don't think you'll get a apology from Lampley, no matter what his past mistakes are.
Everyone thinks Floyd is getting picked on (he makes it so damn easy, with a potential court date facing him, he runs his mouth about being too hard on Rice), poor guy.
Lampley decides to take it to Floyd, seeing as how Floyd has been getting a pass from boxing for the past few years about domestic violence, and becomes the cowardly, opportunistic, SOB that shot poor Floyd in the back.
