I think I could take one if it wasn't a sucker punch type thing. I would need to be braced for the impact. Floyd is a tiny guy compared to many of us and can barely sting fighters in his own weight classes.

I'm 6 ft over 230 pounds... eat meat... and life weights in addition to being a trained fighter at the HW level. Plus I'm strong. The most that would happen is if Floyd breaks his hand and cuts my lip or inside of my mouth. And, if it is to the side of the jaw, and not full on, I may not even break a tooth.

You could likely take it fine with all that. I'm tall 6'3, but I'm only 180 pounds and that is more of a risk. But if you know it's coming, Floyd has his pillows on and a little last minute pull to avoid the full impact. I don't think a LHW is going down regardless of experience. Manny maybe would, but Floyd No. On the topic of teeth I demand the finest mouth guard. Floyd is such a small man and people forget that he isn't even a puncher.

I don't know about those 2, but I'm going to stand firmly behind my opinion that a punch directly in the face, bare knuckled, from even a small pro boxer is probably not going to end well. Even if it doesn't knock you out, it's really going to hurt.

I mean, realistically you're probably at least looking at having a broken nose.
