I prefer resistance training with springs or bands, been doing something the last 15 years, as regards exercise fitness. Which as regards strength speed and fitness blows everything out of the water.What we are trying to achieve, is the full consciousness of touch and feel as regards movement, improving proprioceptive awareness, agility strength, stamina, without the side effects of injury and high stress levels, and that what stress brings with it Cortisol. Which damages muscle and bone plus myelin. Theres a paper Im told to be published in October, which I am told will open a few new slant on things.
Pain lasts a only a minute, but the memory will last forever....
