im a freshmen as some of ya mayknow and i have said im 6-4 well i lied, im more of 6-1 6-2, im suppose to be 6-4 6-5 wen done growing, Will lifting weights stop my growth? Building muscle will that stop me from reaching my maximum growth potntial? I want to be as tall as i can be and i dont want to stop growing now.
