GGG would kill him. Coma for sure. I hope it doesn't happen but with Taylor's desire to be great, it most likely will.

Best outcome Golovkins first punch is a monster body punch and taylor crumbles and is counted out...wouldn't want to tune in and watch

Considering he seems to have a physiological fear of white boys, I would assume the very mention of Golovkin brings him out in a cold sweat.

Again... Taylor would be the best opponent and most dangerous Golovkin has faced.

Disagree. Prime Taylor yes. This Taylor? Not so much. Geale was solid. Good all around fighter who was in his prime. That was a good win. Geale is better than this Taylor by far. There aren't any challengers to GGG at 160. I still want him to clean out the division and then move up to fight Ward. It's like when Floyd was at 130. Chico was a threat and they had some decent challengers. It was good to see Floyd go through pretty much everyone who would fight him before moving up.

He would be by far the best fighter Golovkin has faced...If Taylor can pull another win out of the bag then they will meet.

Without sounding morbid let's hope (as someone else did earlier) that Golovkin folds him in half with a body shot and he stays down.

It still baffles me that if a fighter has any sign of or previous injuries to the brain that they are allowed to fight anywhere.

One whiff of Brain trauma and that should be it - no more fights!

Geale was shit...as soon as he felt Golovkins power he did fuck all and ran scared till he got smashed!
Taylor would go after him at least

This would be the one fight I think I would ever avoid watching of GGG because I would be afraid I would watch another Mancini vs. Duk-Koo. Would be afraid for Taylor's life in the Ring!

Taylor needs to stay away from hard punching white guys. Taylor should be spoon fed with blown up Junior Middleweights and feather fisted punchers to preserve his career. Mora vs Taylor would be a safe way to go on ESPN. On the other hand if I was an advisor to Ryota Murata I would be all over Taylor for a fight with him in Japan.

When anyone he fights feels GGG's power they get scared. It's called survival instinct. Taylor won't come at him after he feels his power. That will be the end of the fight. Taylor is done.

No, he wouldn't. Not even close.

Geale was the #2 middleweight in the world.

Until Taylor beat poor Soliman, Taylor wasn't even ranked in the top 10.

I think Curtis Stevens would short circuit Jermain inside a few rounds.

Geale would probably lose to Soliman.

Put Taylor in with Danny Jacobs. Jacobs needs some refining because he was swinging a little big and sloppy last time out. Taylor still has his jab so that could calm jacobs down a little and make it interesting. Not quite a crossroads fight but in the least, its a changing of the guard and Taylor couldn't lose to a nicer guy.
They want your @$$ beat because upsets make news. News brings about excitement, excitement brings about ratings. The objective is to bring you up to the tower and tear your @$$ down. And if you don't believe that, you're crazy.

Jermain Taylor right now reminds me of Meldrick Taylor back when he was making his first comeback. He eked through a couple of decent wins, but he looked and acted different than he did prior to the first Chavez fight. He managed to get the rematch with Chavez shortly after and paid the price. Jermain is the same. He will be slurring his speech, walking on his heels and acting irrationally in the next 5-10 years. You can already see the signs in his looks, demeanor and speech. Sucks to see him go this way because he seemed like a genuinely good guy.
