Think bout it, they get most their money from the oil, And we used to heat up our houses with oil, now we make new cars that don't need as much oil/petrol, Cars probably cut down 50 % on the output of gas. lately they wanted a bit of the tourism but didn't last long, You buy luxury cars for cheap in dubai now, apartments are empty.Do not be they have billions. Electric cars are still very rare here.
