Is there talk of Floyd rematching Alvarez. I didn't hear that. In my mind I think it would be a tougher fight for Floyd now but in reality he would probably still have Alvarez swinging at air

I agree with your point about Thurman not being ready and not beating anyone of note. I hate to be "that guy", but I don't know that u could have less success than Canelo. Even though CJ Ross had it close, it was a poor performance and I didn't see anything of note from Alvarez. You are right about Thurman likely being dominated in similar fashion.

On a side note, fights like the Alvarez, Guerrero...etc., fights are why I have an issue ranking Floyd over Duran. An in shape Duran would've destroyed Canelo. Chewed him up n spit him out. The reason I can see Floyd ranked higher is that guy comes to every fight in phenomenal shape and motivated, where Duran didn't and lost to some pretty sub par fighters.
