The bag still moves around a little too much for my liking (a relatively light jab will still send the bag 40 degrees away from me) so am thinking of putting a second our even third bag in.

My question though, is had anyone here find it impractical to load up a small bag in such a way?

Diyes anyone have any recent experience/ opinions of a 3ft bag??
I had a light bag of 25-30 kg, I reinforced the plastic cover for desk (used to protect the table surface), something like this: http://www.ikea.com/PIAimages/0185143_PE177496_S5.JPG

And lots of skotch of course.

My weight was around 70 kg, so I could not really load on the bag, it would fly all over. However, it was good for short snappy punches, and it did not hurt my fist at all.
