Enter in exhibit C. The rear heel is aligned with lead heel rotating the right shoulder forward then the hip rotates finally adding the power of the foot. Isn't this Joe Frazier? So scrap has determined that power comes from the back which is correct. But where is the balance is it on the front leg or the back leg?https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=pC6vRJsBZEg
As ive said before, back leg is your distance, thats where you generate force. Front leg is direction, if the heel is on the floor you cant direct, plus a lot of power is going down through the heel, not the fist.
