At 44 he is still in the same fight shape he was 15 yrs ago the guy isin't an old out of shape Ali or Holmes he takes this stuff seriously and is taking every measure to make sure he puts himself in a position to have his best chance coming into fight as his usual focused, conditioned, prepared self who is always ready to battle.... He has more of those above menioned attributes than most in the division and the dignity and pride that goes with being a Champion...
