    Not really, its about what we do plus overtraining and what it causes.
    Pain lasts a only a minute, but the memory will last forever....

    I think that if you are feeling tension you are doing it wrong; the only moment of being tight is just before impact.
    I think that there is too much of a 'no pain no gain' mentality. If you hurt you are doing it wrong.

    Im sure you do ive probably explained it wrong its a reflex thing when running to take an example, we lift and drive on contact, the major drive comes from the 15 degrees of lift and drop of the feet when repeating the cycle part of proprioception, same with throwing shots,
