I'll post it here then mate. Less than two weeks till my next one, I can't wait. I had some really good sparring this weekend against an 18 year old lad who was a middleweight. He boxes for Knowsley , we did 4 hard round and my coach thought I outboxed him. He told me afterwards he's had nearly 30 fights and has boxed for England before so I was happy with that. They are bringing a 16 year old lad who boxes for England next time who's my weight but bigger . Hope I don't get a hiding haha. But it's better to spar decent level fighters it improves you.

I'm still waiting for the videos though , they are taking the piss!
