I think this thread is a bit of an exaggeration. Shaver caught him good and he was hurt but after only a few seconds while his legs were still weak he didn't seem in much danger.

I thought he was in worse shape in round 14.

I was at Madison Square Garden that night.

You could hear the 'thud' from Earnie's right-hand, it echoed.

I'm sure Muhammad's brain was 'dislodged' from those right-hands in Round 2.

Why do you 'always' put apostrophes around 'random' words?

Its a *good* point. And Bill likes that squiggly sign like this ~and~ this too <for> random '"words'". Bill is creative and expressive.
