    He lost me in the Trout fight really. He had a poor mans Mayweather 'style' knowing that was coming up and he just played along and thought he was most impressive as a boxer. The kid needs a mean streak and seems to still be looking for identity.


    The Lara fight was pretty disappointing, but a lot of that had to do with Lara refusing to engage.

    But didn't we kinda know that going in? Lara is a sharp spoiler. Angulo and Molina found a way to make him weary eh. I think the same can be said of Alvarez a bit..he literally watches his work instead of kicking in the door.

    I can't blame Alvarez for being boring vs Lara and Trout, two slick southpaw runners. He obviously would have preferred to stand and bang.
