    Default Smith v Abraham rematch

Can Smith beat Arthur Abraham or is it just a bridge too far? David Price back from injury on the undercard too.

I doubt it, but if Abraham has gotten any worse it's possible... Kind of a pointless rematch if you ask me, whoever wins will remain the weakest titleholder at 168 without question.

Smith was training with Eubanks junior and will go in more confident. I do not think he will win but hope he can pull it off.

Funny how Smith went from losing a tight decision to being "robbed" (that's what i've read this week). It was ridiculously one-sided scorecards not the actual result that was the problem.

Can't see it being much different from the first fight although they're both talking up the KO. Hope it doesn't clash with GGG-Murray

Yea its amazing how he got the rematch. Scorecards were shit but very few people thought he actually won it. Fight makes sense for AA i guess as he isnt beating anyone who is actually world level. No doubt that Smith is European level at best. Hes at best number 5 in Britain

I think Abraham is waiting for a Strum fight to cash in.

Yeah , Abraham wins this. Tbf Hearn has worked a couple of miracles getting these fights for Smith. I really like the guy as a bloke, but u just don't think he's up to this level. His Brother would stand a better chance.

Armenian Monster Arthur Abraham will dominate again, 118-110 on all 3 cards if it goes the dist.

Smith needs a knockout to win.

spoken like the true champ you are mate. Smith will be winging his overhand right from the 1st round on, trying for that stunning KO early, he cant go late into the deep blue sea or Artur will just dissect him.

I feel Smith will throw wild overhand rights and get caught with a counter hook by Abraham this could end in the 3rd or 4th. Its all or nothing for Smith.

Yep he did enough to win last time, but didn't get it. He needs the knockout to make sure. He hurt Abraham a lot to the body last time.

He gave it all he had last time but came up short in a fight imo that was pretty tough to call. The cards were for lack of a better term a joke. Sadly as was pretty apparent by the purchased cards last time he may not be able to win a points dec against the turtle in his homeland unless he makes it impossible to ignore.

It may be a paper belt but thats no different then 80% of the other paper pirates sailing around the divisions. Its designed that way. Not his fault.

By the way, sure AA is the weakest title holder, but there's not that wide of a gap between AA and Tony Dirrell. AA-Sturm is a big fight in Germany too.

Abraham is a very lucky guy. He has had a lot of dodgy decisions go his way. The scoring was a disgrace but not so much the result last time. He is massively overrated and most people can't wait to see him retire. Abraham is not a good advert for boxing.

Eubank snr has been "Advising" Smith lately as Eubank Jnr has been training at the Gallagher Gym and sparring with Smith.

He re watched the first fight and noticed that Smiths best rounds were 9 and 10 when he threw more jabs than any other rounds.

Smith needs to have more output from the off and jump all over Abraham and imo go for the KO early and/or just fucking graft every second and seriously test Abrahams engine (i don't think he can fight at pace anymore and Smith needs to expose that relentlessly).

But we all know that in reality Smith needs the KO.

Hope he does it as i like Smith as a person and a fighter.
