I usually try to add things like more prayer or try to help/reach out to others more frequently. Thanks YK. Didn't realize you are Catholic, or do other denominations do the same. I think Orthodoxy does and perhaps Episcopalians

I'm not Catholic, but Anglican. Virtually the same except for divorce and marriage for priests. lol....

But I have been hearing people say they are "adding" new things over reducing. I think I am one that can reduce.

Like Walrus said -- but I'm a tad-bit liberal.. I usually try to add things like more praying for the wrath of thine enemies. Try to help or reach out to the slutty, I mean denigrate the needy. I mean stop the sloth.. I mean practice greed more frequently. or, uh...less frequently.

Plus the myth of Mithras is mis interpreted. Many times over. Plus they came after the beginning of Christianity.
