Shrove Tuesday / Pancake Day

Sugar and lemon is best. I had no idea also, but good idea for cooking over Chinese New Year holiday. Hopefully better than last weeks Yorkshire puddings.

No idea what a shrove Tuesday is We enjoyed "Fat Tuesday" today and on the pancake front...best had to be baked fresh apple slices w/brown sugar topped with powder sugar over a stack. The caramelizing will see you eating your fork Wheat pancakes with mango are awesome as well
