Iran are fighting a proxy war against Saudi Arabia in Syria and in Yemen, and eventually probably Lebanon too as the Syria war will probably spread there. They've been backing their various Yemeni factions since well before Obama took office. There has been Shiite-Sunni conflict in Yemen centuries before the Brits pulled out leaving a government in charge that was so stable and so pro-western that after the handover ceremony the British consul went up the steps to his aeroplane backwards with his gun drawn. Yemen has always been unstable, it's an example of how nonexistent your knowledge of all this is that you think one American president is somehow responsible for the mess.

I don't think 1, American President is responsible for this I believe that The 1919 Treaty of Versailles ending World War I leading to Sykes-Picot started this and all anyone has done since then has just exacerbated the issue.
