Cotto and Canelo are both good wins at 154 he did walk away from a Wright fight at 154 which would have been a fantastic Floyd was going to jump from 140 and Wright was going to move down to 154

C'mon guys lets be realistic here Floyd is not & never will be anywhere near TBE .
The reason why he wont is simple. He avoided too many legitimate contenders for way too long. Yes he has the God Given talents to be one of TBE but lacked the heart and cojones to take full advantage of those incredible talents. Had he fought Paquaio, Margarito, Williams Etc he may well have beaten them all. In that case I would be rating him up there with Ali, Robinson etc too. By choosing not to he tarnished his own legacy & now is universally regarded as cherry picker & a wannabee. Really its sad that a man blessed with such incredible talents did not take full advantage of them. Its too late now to even think about ever being an ATG.

He called out Frietas and Casamayor... they were on different networks.

COTTO turned down a fight at 140 because his camp felt he wasn't ready.

KOSTYA would have been nice but obviously Hatton destroyed him first.

And are we really going to go down this road again where Hatton would have been better if he had to weigh in at 140 instead of 147?
