I really hope none of this turns out to be true as the fans deserve a really good fight considering all the years of BS. It's rough enough that both are in decline anyway, but to have injuries potentially hang over it is a double blow. From the purist perspective, all you want is two fighters in their prime answering all the questions. It gets annoying when you have people like Toney moaning for 20 years that he had to cut weight for Jones Jnr. or Manny moaning about his lucky socks or whatever it was. Boxing is hard and injuries are inevitable, but when it's this big you just want it to be perfect. In a sad way this fight is probably the event of the year for many of us, you just want a magical fight that defines an age.
