Thanks for repeating the numbers I already posted.

I do have a few honest questions

How did they figure up 26% I see 24% African-Americans caught with contraband and 30% Whites caught with contraband....I'm not the best at math so I would like some clarity there if you don't mind of course.

When, where, how, and why were these stops made? I ask because it makes a difference in how we need to go about correcting the system. I'm not a real fan of road blocks as SOME officers certainly attempt to sidestep the God given rights of American citizens. Pullovers also can lead down that path depending on the officer. Some stops can be legit obviously, there are people who break the law and again Ferguson compared to the national average ain't far off (not saying the national average doesn't need changing because of course it does).

I see a community looking to try and fund itself via citations and tickets as well as the long arm of the law overreaching with this dumb War on Drugs which has taken the average Sheriff/Police Captain and turned them from Andy Taylor Andy Taylor (The Andy Griffith Show) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia to Gerald Hege Gerald Hege - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia ....the militarization of the everyday police force has had sickening results PLUS it hasn't stopped anyone from using whatever they like. Bust somebody with 300 pounds of pot, big whoopty shit go to a high school, go to a college, go to a concert, you could find 300 more pounds of it....the work they do halting the drug trade does nothing to stop supply or demand, it's wasted money AND if you legalize marijuana for example boom, tax revenue, no need for those traffic stops, no need for massive amounts of citations and tickets.
