Bill, why would Karl circle to his 'right' as a southpaw? He should try to move Ali to his own right.
Master
If you knew anything about the 1960's Era Heavyweights, you would know that Karl Mildenberger
who fought as a southpaw, always moved to his right {counter-clockwise}.
Karl was an 'unconventional southpaw' who fought nearly squared up.
Against Cassius Clay, Karl was moving forward or to his right in {80% of that bout}. Karl
really had Clay 'all confused'.
Karl was hitting Cassius at ease with those 'fluffy-puff' right-jabs
That tells me, that Cassius was not all that bright. Talented and fast yes, but 'bright'....... no way.
~ Karl Mildenberger vs. Oscar Bonavena ~
Karl Mildenberger was sporting a 'small nick' at the corner of his right-eye, but the
small cut was sealed, and there were no issues.

'Triple B'
Master may be a Master, but
When it comes to German Heavyweights, he goes down like 'The Bismark'.
