i tried them and I couldnt get any extension AT ALL on my punches.

probably to big a band i would think, what do you use

nike long length and heavy reisistance

I use a lot of the time sail rope use it for sales on boats you can get it 8 mil 10, 12, 15 or 20 buy it in 50 metre lengths or the ones you can buy 18 loop or 36 different strength, depends what youre using it for, great stuff.
