    Default resistance band workouts

    i bought a resistance band for shadow boxing but i see theres other stuff i can do such as curls, can you guys tell me some effective workouts i can do with them, obviously i dont want to replace my routines just add to them, is there anything wrong with using the bands? and what are the benefits of bands and last question do u guys know which guy uses them i know hopkins does but who else

    Well I actually bought one of those resistance bands and I dont know if I am doing it wrong or what, but I cant seem to get enough "resistance" to feel anything. It just feels a little useless to me. For some reason I do my shadowing boxing with it and it pulls your arms back so fast you dont even feel any restrant to improve anything. I dont know. If there are some other techniques to do I would be happy to learn about them so I can actually have use out of the thing.

    I think you have to do it for quite a long time to get benefit.

    I love the med ball for plyos and explosive movements. I think Scrap approves of that.

    for my jab, i simply lay on my back and do elifts with the med ball into the air. I have another one too but want to get scrap's feedback on it before I share it.
