It's OK doing bullshit decisions on HBO/Showtime where it's boxing fans who expect it but when you're trying to attract eyeballs on free TV and you do something like that it ends up backfiring. Casual fans just saw somebody get fucked over and they're now thinking fuck this.

Garcia even said "I lost, I lost" to Peterson after the fight. I thought I heard that but wasn't sure so I didn't say anything but boxingnews24 has the video up.
Nobody needed Garcia to tell us that, we all saw it. But it's rare a fighter admits it. Shows how clear it was
