But quickly, Johnny comes of the Ropes at the {0:15 Mark}, and puts forth with a good
'two-fisted' rally.
Dwight continues to bull-forward and use his upper-body strength to move in close at
the {0:40 Mark}.
By the {1:10 Mark}, Johnny Davis starts to get 'arm-weary', and he has nothing on
his punches.

Johnny moves out off the Ropes, and now has a 'slight abrasion' on the right-eyebrow.
Dwight continues to 'bull-forward' during the middle-session of the Round.
Johnny does land an occasional 'left-right-left' combination, but he has 'no zip' left on
his punches.
At the {1:50 Mark} Johnny scores with '3-Straight' left-jabs, but Dwight continues to
move forward.
By the {2:10 Mark} Johnny is holding his own, as Dwight is not landing with anything
effective, despite moving forward.

Johnny moves to the front Ropes, and looks to hold.
Dwight moves in, and lands a good 'left-right' to Johnny's head at the {2:39 Mark}.
Johnny counters with a fast 'left-right', and then circles out to Center-Ring, and adds in
with a 'triple' left-jab.
Johnny is now showing a bloody-nose after taking a left-hook from Dwight.
Johnny moves to the back-right Corner. Dwight moves in, and slams in a 'right-left'.
Johnny counters with a good 'left-right' at the {2:56 Mark}.
Round 7 ........ {5-5} > 'Even'
Note >
Sal Marciano stated that Dwight Braxton has 'tremendous' upper-body strength. And
that despite his lack of size and reach, he has a very good defense.
Sal did mention that Johnny Davis was 'holding his own' with Dwight, despite having
nothing left on his punches.
