Manny knew he hurt his arm during training and decided to fight anyway..fighters have been doing that since boxing started..for a 100 mil and perhaps his last fight ,,that was the choice he made in my view

It's understandable making that choice, I accept that, he's only human and that is a massive amount of money. But once you've made that choice, you CANNOT mention it when you lose. That's when you are open to criticism. That's what is unacceptable. It's no different to David Haye vs Klitschko.

the problem is that if it were true, he should have just admitted after the fight that he lost and that he hurt his shoulder rather than saying that he won and then coming up with the hurt shoulder excuse later. either way, even if his shoulder were hurt, he obviously wasnt good enough to adjust his style to make the fight competitive.

Either way Manny does not com!e out good in this, serious injury cancel the fight not serious then make a better effort like he did in round 4.

If he thinks he won, fine say that. He makes himself look like a deluded idiot and joke figure because it's ridiculous , but that's up to him.
But the Shoulder should NEVER come up. He made a choice that he was fit, in the build up to the fight AFTER the supposed injury, he's still saying he'll win and even KO Floyd, so minimum he's cheating his fans.
IF he did hurt his Shoulder, the only time it is remotely accpetable to mention it is if he has won the fight , and then mentions it.

Yeah, maybe he was planning on taking the anti inflammatory and doing alright. It's on him for submitting too late for approval. Don't know how serious the injury is but if it does require surgery I guess it must be serious. The article mentioned a tear, not specifying where. I would think either tendon or ligament. If this was known before the fight I'm sure the odds would have changed even more.
