....if someone blacker than Mayweather came along would denilson support them, cry because of the black on black violence, or spew venom at the unseen hand that the white devil has no doubt played in pitting two men of color against each other and profiting from it?

All denilson said was - I hate GGG, he's a hype job. Ward and Floyd would whoop him. (in a more colourful way of course)

He said that GGG would lose to a "dog" like Ward. Clearly he thinks black fighters only win because they are unpredictable and can't feed themselves, I'm sick of this guy.
Also I dont think Kazach people are classed as Slavic.

    From Floyd Sr

"I would say something about this GGG. GGG, hey, if GGG can make weight, that would be different, but -- no, no, we not fixin' to fight no damn giant. I'm gonna tell you like this right here. He comes down, he be at 154, by the time he eats and fight that night, maybe 180, you just don't know, man. People can eat up stuff, man, and hey. He don't need to fight nobody like that, man.
And I suppose that puts an end to this thread.

I might just go and start another thread saying how Froch would beat Klitschko's pussy little ukranian bitch ass.

GGG is great at what he does but please can we stop with matching him up against mayweather.

People want mayweather beat so bad they are dragging everyone down to fight him.

GGG never said he wants to fight mayweather and always avoided the question in the past.

Anyone would take the mayweather fight due to the money involved so don't blame any fighter on this planet for not wanting the mayweather fight.

    Put this crap to rest.

Floyd just beat the biggest threat to his 0 in a 8-4 or 7-5 win over a talented pacman.

I'd pick Floyd of 2007-2011 or so to beat GGG. The problem is it would take a LOT of moving, and I don't think Floyd has the legs for it anymore.

But yeah if Floyd were to fight GGG in September at 154 (like GGG claims he will drop down to) and wins, people will say GGG was weight drained and Floyd was a coward to not fight him at 160. If he fought and beat GGG at 160, people would say "ohh GGG was overrated, he never fought anyone, he looked flawed and vulnerable at times, he wasn't great, Floyd never fights great fighters in their prime, ect".

If people want to believe something really badly, they're going to believe it and they'll do as much mental gymnastics as needed to justify it, facts/evidence/logic be damned. Most people hate Floyd and therefore want to believe that he's nothing special and has built his career by fighting all stiffs and guys who were picked at their most vulnerable time/weight/ect. These people are not just going to abandon those beliefs because it would invalidate the 10 years or so they've been spouting it to anyone who would listen. Not saying all Floyd's non-fans are like that, but I do see an awful lot of it on this board.

If Floyd fought Wladimir in September and knocked him out, a few people here would say it was bullshit because Wlad was old with a glass jaw.

GGG is a fine boxer he was a outstanding amateur, he has a good pedigree for the pro ranks,
Mayweather has the same pedigree as well, 2 totally different fighters both excellent in there
art, Mayweather is Picasso modern and not to ever ones taste, GGG is like a classic old master.
If you look at boxing as a art, and the fighters as artists.

If Floyd beat GGG at middleweight then he truly would be TBE. No way could he do that then or now.

I can only talk for myself, but it's not that I want Mayweather beat , far from it. Originally I thought this match up was ridiculous, but Floyd is so much better than everyone his size, that this gets talked about. From my side , this is a massive compliment to Floyd because realistically a guy his size should get hammered by a guy with the power of GGG .
For the record, if the fight was made , I would predict a Floyd victory, but he would have to feel GGG's power at some stage of the fight and come through that. I believe Floyd's resilience is not given credit because he never needs to show it.
I don't see another fight out there that would test Floyd as much as this, and with Floyd's strive to be TBE, he needs to push himself to the limit. If it comes off, best of luck to both of them.
And for the record, I had him beating Pac wider than that, more like 9 and a half to 2 and a half.

For once I wholeheartedly agree with you. GGG is seriously fast and hits fucking hard, cant see PBF wanting to get involved.

    In full agreement here.

    Insiders in Las Vegas say,

That Floyd has 'zero' inclination of taking on a tough opponent, and especially one
    who can possibly beat him.

He will stay in the 'safe confines' of Las Vegas.

Since Mayweather dominated Pacqiuao nobody is willing to remember that people said Pac would DESTROY him. KO for Pac in under 8 rounds was thrown around a lot.

Now it's Mayweather won't fight any real competition.

    Give me a fucking break!

GGG is still underdog against Floyd. Floyd is just too polished. I think he takes GGG to school still.GGG hasn't shown anything against top tier yet. If he whoops Cotto and Canelo then yeah he deserves a shot. I think he will probably fight Kirkland next or a fighter hoping to get back in the spotlight first.

Does it really need to devolve into resorting to 'faggot' and Slavic hype job. That shit is just sad. Floyd is not going to fight Golovkin.
