If Haymon by some weird chance kills all the sanctioning bodies, casual fans would find it possible to finally name a champ.
There is no silver bullet to making fans and fighters all happy.
But killing the ABC org belts is a good start.

All's lost! Everything's going to shit!
Sounds like Al Haymon is implementing a project to completely change the boxing landscape.
Apparently PBC belts are currently under construction by some English firm.
I couldn't care less if Haymon, Arum, Fishnets or some rapper comes along and corners the market. If you had one guy with all the top boxers signed up who could make the fights people wanted to see knowing he had both guys under contract then I'd be all for it, doesn't matter who it is.
Can't see it happening though. I can see boxing getting more balkanised and purses going up for a while if Haymon and this rapper chappie get into competition but I don't think Haymon will dominate boxing to the extent that UFC dominate MMA.
He's got a ton of money backing him, potentially hundreds of millions of dollars, but his backers can pull the plug on that cash at any time. If he can't show big and growing ratings/public interest in what he's doing then eventually the gentlemen backing him will pull the plug.
Well said.
Now bring on the no ppv fights!!!!!!!!!!!![]()
