For the record, the American media's recent attention to the confederate flag was to divert the attention that Christians abroad didn't unite when a racist shot up a church.
The scheme was to make it seem like the confederate flag was his rationale.

I'm sorry, you lost me with the calling people out about Jesse Jackson stuff. Yes, this guy was full of hatred, he was a racist. I just don't know what you want us to do other than pray for the families and react with disgust over these unbalanced people who commit these acts. Is this one different than Sandy Hook where so many little white kills were killed or Virginia Tech. Right or wrong I don't inject race in these horrible acts, I think they are just sick people.

You seem to think I have thoughts in my mind that I don't. I asked for your opinion on the flag then I thanked or in not so many words. I never said racism doesn't exist. My wife is non Caucasian and I hear little snide remarks from time to time, I must stress not that often but it happens. My main point with this thread, going back to the beginning, was that I thought the state's should decide if they want the flag or not. I can't remember what was posted seven pages back, Jackson is kind of cool it's Sharpton that drives me nuts. I don't know if at this point you are calling me a racist, we all have our prejudice but I like to think I interact with equal respect to all my brethren, you are free to think other.
