I thought it was an interesting post and would wonder what you think is the disadvantage of a lot of the non US fighters having to fight in different countries? I would say the majority of the time they fight away from home they are the "home fighter" in that they are the main attraction and the shows promoter fighter. For example all of GGGs fights in the US were run by his promoter. Pac v Mayweather Id have thought the majority of the crowd were cheering for Pac.
I think having a home base is much more advantageous to prepare for a fight than travelling all over the world.
Andre Ward would most likely beat Kessler, Froch and Abraham wherever they fought. But he's never been coerced out of his comfort zone.
Floyd-Pac - If that fight happened in the Philippines Pac would have probably won. Would it have been a robbery? Yeah. But Floyd has a loss. And again, he's never been in an other fighters backyard.
