I have no reason to deflect Miles, I'm not involved in British politics, just read up on it a bit so I know what you guys are talking about plus its fun to have the jabs we have betwixt each other but you complimenting North Korea for having no central bank was funny. The Kim family is the central bank. You've seen the satellite pictures of a darkened North Korea. Kim builds one of the largest military's, makes nukes and now an alleged space program while his people starve. His poet laureate defected and he spoke of the rampant starvation and dead children that is common in the country. We all know leaders live in opulence but Kim does so why his nation dies.oddly, he blackmailed the US into feeding his country. Remember his nuke deal with Clinton. So yes, you'll probably respond with the usual the US does such and such but I'd like to hear your take on starvation, political prisoners. Saber rattling, killing of generals who he feels challenge his power, propaganda of North Korea.these despots will always exist in the world but the suffering of the North Koreans truly bothers me. Books and interviews by defectors is quite a shocking thing.
We had hope when this young guy took power things might change but I'm convinced there is mental illness in this guy. So what do you think, we know America is bad, but separating America for a few minutes, what do you think of North Korea. Does not having a central bank even out the scales.
I think it is a serious point that a despot regime such as North Korea doesn't have a central bank. It might sound hilarious to hear such an observation and that is because it is funny. Weird countries sometimes have much sounder policies and procedures than our own. Am I going to say I support North Korea and its lack of human rights? Absolutely not, but systems based on central banking, titles, inequality and monarchy are really not all that far removed from regimes such as North Korea certainly at a theoretical level. It is all worship thy leader and accept your place.
I will debate with you, but I don't think it is right to go on such tangents when it is a thread about Cameron. All this talk of mental illness and yet you admire the man who apparently had sex with a dead pig.![]()
Conservative sources deny David Cameron pig’s head allegations.
Source specifically denies claim that Cameron put ‘private part of anatomy’ into dead pig’s mouth as part of initiation rite.
Party sources initially said they did not recognise any of the allegations revealed by the Daily Mail, which is serialising the book, Call Me Dave. On Monday afternoon the same sources were more specific in their denial, saying the story about the pig head was “not true” and “nonsense” as Cameron was never a member of the Piers Gaveston club.
Downing Street has formally declined to comment on any of the allegations in the book, saying it “would not dignify” the claims.
The prime minister’s official spokeswoman said Ashcroft had himself set out his reasons for writing the book – a reference to No 10’s belief that the book was fuelled by a desire for personal revenge.
Downing Street also refused to say whether Cameron intended to sue Ashcroft for libel, or to discuss allegations that the prime minister knew about the peer’s non-domiciled tax status the year before it was publicly revealed.
Labour and the SNP called on the prime minister to clarify when he knew about Ashcroft’s tax status.
James Delingpole, now a rightwing journalist, told the authors he took the drug with Cameron and another friend at his room at Christ Church college, Oxford. “My drug of choice was weed, and I smoked weed with Dave,” he reportedly said.

Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
If you have an issue with an allegation then you should sue. Defamation with no evidence is of course a despicable thing, but allegedly there are photographs of this. Sue him, Dave. Get it all settled in a typically British way.
