It's raw shark, which been digged down into the earth quite a while, in Iceland, "rotten shark"

Otherwise tried the most, got a picture of a mix plated from animals in Straya,

Kangaroo, trout, emu, crocodile and green ants.

Being a fastidious sort, then probably a kebab.

Hah, I used to work in a CAjun restaurant that served Gator. It's illegal to buy the meat from anywhere but farms, which have no adverse impact on the wild population, so no more savage than anything really. Nothing special though, really does taste just like a tougher, blander chicken.

I've had raw Sea Urchin, that's by far the worst meat I've ever tried, could only handle a bite. Looked like a fucking urinal cake, had the texture of a sponge and just tasted like salt water.

This is lovely and beautiful and well presented and what have you but the bottom line for me is that there just isn't a lot on the plate. Other than when I go out with my sister and she drags me to one of the horrific places she likes I just go for a curry or a steak somewhere where you get proper portions. Totally given up on fancy places these days. Can you tell I come from Sunderland?
