    Hahahaha! No. Nice try tho... I was quite clear in stating that you're considered full of shit.

    RIP Bob Foster.

    The Bridgeport Post {UPI}

    Bob Foster had his biggest moment in the sport at the time, a 'KNOCKOUT' over current
    Heavyweight Title holder - CASSUIS CLAY.

    Bob Foster >

    "It was back at the 1959 Pan Am Trials. It happened while we were in training. Clay was
    mouthing off, and I said - Let's get in the Ring. We did, and I put him down with One-Punch."

    Looks like Ruthless Rocco will be 'Sucking My Ass' again. He likes it.

    Interesting bill, I spent my formative years in bpt ct. The Bridgeport post is now the Connecticut post but still the same paper.

    April 1959

    Madison, Wisconsin

    Looks like being in Madison, Wisconsin in April of 1959 was not a good time to be CASSIUS CLAY.

    He got 'tanked' in One-Round by Bobby Foster in a sparring-session.

    Then he got his 'ASS' spanked by Amos Johnson in the Finals.

    Bobby Foster {Air Force} and Amos Johnson {Marines}. Had many things in common.

    1} Members of the United States Military
    2} Kicking Cassius Clay's 'Ass' for all to see.

    May I salute you men.

    Boxing Coach ~ Vaughn Edwards

    Yes, I was there.

    It went something like this. We were in a training session at the University of Wisconsin {Gym}
    on April 27, 1959. It was in the late-afternoon.

    There were about 40 guys in the Gym, and all were working out doing their own thing. Everybody
    was focused on getting ready for the Boxing Tournament. There were coaches working with their
    boxers, and trying to squeeze in their last day of training.

    I remember Bobby Foster was there, and he was one of the best boxers in at the Pan Am Trials.
    He was only {75 Kg}, but he could punch as hard as any of the Light-Heavyweight and Heavyweight
    boxers.

    Everybody was to their own self, and there was no loud chattering going on.

    Suddenly we hear this loud yelling. It sounded like some arrogant Teenage Kid talking trash.
    He was in the back hallway yelling out loud >

    "I'm the best fighter in the World. Look out Madison, because the Kid from Louisville is about
    to shake up this place."

    "I'm the best. Yes I said it, I'm the best. Who can beat me. Nobody. I'm bad."

    It was really an obnoxious sound.
