I have to eat humble pie here because I thought the moment Wlad threw and connected Fury would be flat and out of there. Still do. Wlad never threw anything with any spite but all credit to Fury for following a game plan. He was pretty emotional on the night and what you may see as pumping up his tires is mainly bravado from a Guy who to be honest, a lot of Brits have no time for. He can be a prick but I think his heart is in the right place. I am happy that an Englishman and a Gypsy is HW champ of the world but I find it hard to celebrate too hard because To be honest I was quite a neutral spectator. And that is from someone whose grandparents lived in a caravan. It's quite nice for all those who called him pikey this and Gypo that to have to wake up with a Gypsy as HW champ though.
Ironically For Romani's, like my lot, a Pikey is someone who is not a true Gypsy, and while "Gypsy" Jem Mace was not actually a Gypsy at all, unlike a lot of Sun readers we have been here since at least the 9th century
In sites across Britain and parts of Ireland there will be one hell of a party tonight
Congratulations Tyson. You did your Uncle, family and people proud
