They are back in talks with Wilder and are also trying to persuade the IBF to allow Hughie to challenge for the IBF.
As poor as the opponent was Hughie still needs to get out and throw punches. If he had another Rudenko willing to get in there then they wouldnt need to have him fighting every other week but as it is he has to stay active or risk losing any rankings.
