I agree and disagree. He's at the end of his career, but there are still fights to be made at or around his weight class. He could have faced Pascal in a big Canadian fight. There's Beterbeiv. Even the DeGale/Bute winner. Yet, he hasn't faced anyone.
Beterbiev is too dangerous for him, GYM is kind of "upset" at Pascal and I think that they want to keep this ultimate match for after the Kovalev fight as even if Pascal loses a second time against the Krusher and that STevenson loses to him too, that would draw a huge gate over here and that would be kind of the "last" good pay that either of them could get. Ultimate last for Kovalev and one in a long time for Pascal.
