Yes the retina damaged happened before the Graham fight, thus Jackson could not fight in the UK and the fight happened in Spain.Originally Posted by Master

Yes there was a state that allowed it. Madness.Yes the retina damaged happened before the Graham fight, thus Jackson could not fight in the UK and the fight happened in Spain.
It could have been worse, as around this time Aaron Pryor was 'fighting' whilst legally blind.
