The pendulum has swung in the other direction. I don't know the specifics of this Cargill case but if the company tried in good faith to work with these people but they refused to reach common ground I hope the case gets thrown out. I supervised a couple of Muslims, sometimes they would take advantage but for the most part they prayed and got back to work. I had no problem with that but i know it makes human resources nervous.
