I feel the same way. But damn man!! It's a long way back from that last outing, know what I mean?

The least surprising news ever. The ring is probably the safest place for him.

Yes and I think the thought that may also be lurking in the back of our heads is that last fight with Rios. If Rios looked good beating him and then looked that wilted against bradley. What could the future possibly hold for Alvarado when you factor in other stuff like the Marquez beating, substance abuse, etc.
They want your @$$ beat because upsets make news. News brings about excitement, excitement brings about ratings. The objective is to bring you up to the tower and tear your @$$ down. And if you don't believe that, you're crazy.

Can't forget the prod fight either. Anyone remember his post fight interview after that one. He was completely wiped out, crying and didn't even want to do the interview. I've worked with many addicts in my job, both inpatient and outpatient. I'm on the east coast us and the primary drug of abuse here is opiates. They have an extremely low recovery rate but mybstudies have told me meth is even harder to kick. Any addict can recover but it is not an easy task. There was also talk of gang affiliation with Alvarado and heavy police presence at the last Rios Alvarado fight due to affiliation with opposing gangs.I guess its hard to shake the streets but when Alvarado has his wits about him he seems like an intelligent nice guy.
