I have to say, it looked like it made sense for 8 rounds. I don't know what the official cards looked like through those 8 rounds, but it looked like Spzilka belonged in there to me.

Sanctioning bodies don't care about their own ranking systems. They put together whichever fights they want. Spilka is better than most HWs though so the fight wasn't too disappointing.
