I know Joe Louis reffed a bunch of fights, couldn't say which though. No idea on the other guy, would guess say Mills Lane or Richard Steele but sounds like those aren't him..

Was going with Dempsey and Mills at first. I think his show was an afterthought in fame. Mills was just that damn good, one of the last 'enforcers' but without looking like a chatty camera clinger like Cortez or a Jack reiss.

Indeed it was the first fight between Sosa and Williams .That was Prince Charles and Sosa (fight one) I believe.
