Tyson/Tucker might have been a 15 rounder had they not unified the rules for that fight. So using the logic it had to be an IBF sanctioned fight before April 88; I will plump for Biggs over Holmes or Tubbs...

Yes it was Biggs. Logical.Tyson/Tucker might have been a 15 rounder had they not unified the rules for that fight. So using the logic it had to be an IBF sanctioned fight before April 88; I will plump for Biggs over Holmes or Tubbs...
