Hell, yes. The problem I have with it is that he's not even throwing a punch where it could be construed that the movement of his head is connected to the motion of a punch he was throwing. That I would deem an accidental contact. Wards hands were at his waist when he leads with his head and grapples immediately, neck high, after to lock up kessler. Exactly. There was no intent to throw a punch. It was rocket head launch.... then grab. B.S. move that should have cost him an immediate point deduction and some money to boot.
